Match Rules
We normally shoot indoors from December through March and sometimes April depending of course on the weather. We follow all SASS rules. Indoors we normally shoot four stages consisting of just pistol and rifle. We don't use the scattergun nor black powder. All are welcome to shoot with us regardless of if you are a SASS or Mclean County Peacemaker member.
Our outdoor matches consist of five stages using all three types of firearms and as always SASS rules apply.
NO BLACK POWDER LOADS INSIDE PLEASE!
We have had a .22 class for sometime now. Any single action .22 pistols or lever action .22 rifle is allowed. When it comes to the shotguns, we allow any single shot, double barrel or pump with an exposed hammer in .410 and up. This class is scored as a separate class and is not in competition with the main classifications of CAS. It is opened to anyone veteran or not.
